Rushi definitely doesn't know how to take criticism. You have a team because of your fans who get upset when you perform badly. There is no point of bashing people on stream who ask you to make changes in your team. You are nothing without them so be gentle.

I solely watched GE match because it was the only Indian team there but the thing is end of the day I knew that they are not gonna win , but still I was having some hope as an Indian ki kaash Jeet jaye ye match , I hope there will be more Indian teams next time that will make us proud .

The thing is your main problem is not even setting up goals that sound competing like who tf says to qual for playoffs every other team goal was to win this whole thing. also i remember the first day when every other team said they are most looking forward to battle against DRX or PRX . Just out of curiosity, as the old DRX core is broken and most likely Bleed and T1 might leave Zest & Stax or they can offer buyout ..... Can't GE form team around that core like - Stax , Zest , RB , Bazzi , ( one flex player ) .
DRX left their core bcz they weren't winning trophies , but that will be at least better than 8th position finish. That lineup might qualify for all three internationals , ( might not win trophy but still better by far )

All I want to say is there is a collective consciousness of all the GE fans. Listen to them. Don't think they are criticizing you. They are trying to show you the way. The collective conscious of thousand of GE fans knows much more than 1 coach or 5-6 people in management. VLT didn't listen and they got disbanded. It's imp that you listen. A all-5 Indian roaster can't win Ascension because not all good Indian players can be in 1 regional team because of budget constrains, contracts etc. But, GE as a Franchise team has the budget and power to hand pick Indian players. Do not see it as breaking other teams. See it as you giving opportunity to the most deserving Indian players in the highest stage in VCT. Eg: Imagine Sk Rossi, DM, and Venka in 1 team. They will be a power to recon with. For a regional team, it is somewhat tough to make that happen but for GE it is not that tough if you put your mind into it.

Last year we played 10 matches and we won 3 this year we played 13 matches and we won 4 so where is the improvement? I think some other org should get chance in franchise in next year. We saw worst performance of this season we won against bleed (with so many internal issue) rest DFM and all are new young talent but stand alone teams geng , t1 we did nothing there is no power we saw with duelist, other were just taking cheeky aim fights to win.

@@karankaushiknayak777 nahh. The franchised slots are permanent. The only thing that changes is the number and duration of ascension teams in the league. The initial timeline showed 2028 because they were expected to repeat and limit tier 1 to 14 teams.

@@karankaushiknayak777 franchised teams had a 4 year contract. Ascension had a 2 year contract which riot changed this year. Franchised teams are supposed to be permanent. Unless they go bankrupt or do something controversial, they are not going anywhere. Riot can introduce relegation for franchised slots since it's their game. GE may lose their spot, but that will probably be due to toxic fans rather than performance issues. They didn't get the slot because of good performance in the 1st place. Also, DFM exists.
