[FIX] Teams Error: 80090016 "Trusted Platform Module Has Malfunctioned"

Teams error code: 80090016 "Trusted Platform Module Has Malfunctioned"
1. Clear Ngc folder and setup new Windows PIN.
2. Clear Teams application cache. Restart your computer and relaunch Teams.
3. Add EnableADAL key in Windows registry. Set value to 0.
