If you are a professor, 'break through' needs to be shown by math, physics, chemistry, not engineering only. MATH, MODEL,NEW PHYSICS UNDERSTANDING. WHAT I NEED TO SEE ARE the NUMBERS, TABLE OF DATA. Example, present papers, show tables of data, model advances why other countries can't catch up yet?
