You mean ground pork? I'm from Denmark and I prefer ground pork with 8-12 % fat, as opposed to half ground pork and half ground veal/beef, which tastes too gamey to me.
500 gram minced pork. 100 ml vegetable stock, 3 eggs, 60 gram flour, 1 grated onion, 1 tablespoon salt and fresh grounded pepper. Most important part, fry it in half butter and half pork fat.
