Skateworld on the corner of Emerson and Philips HWY was where I got my start. They went ice skating only and turned the roller side into basketball courts years ago. The shot on the Mathews bridge made me homesick.
I love how there was a random blader at the Jacksonville park with a pair of Gawds FM3s on. That was awesome! Gotta admit, they're nice looking skates.
Awesome skating as usual! Bummer Mike got hurt. I'm sorry I don't come along but I just needed to spend some family time. Even though it's not as pretty as it used to be and the street course is gone, I still love Kona so much and it hurt me to miss this trip.
Great video. Going back to Kona is on my bucket list. Haven’t skated there since atleast 83. I was there during the shut down. They dumped a pile of sand in the middle of the bowl. There were atleast two dozen kids there every day shoveling it out. Lol
Just moved to the Jacksonville area, looking to get back to skating after a 10 year break. Would be awesome if you all know and shops I can get skates, don’t really like buying things online.
Kona fucking rules. I'm a skateboarder though and it's pretty famous in skateboarding history. You have Burnside in Portland and have Kona in Jacksonville. We built it. Sorry dude. You wouldn't have skateparks if it weren't for us.

Used to absolutely love skate world. Miss it dearly.

@@iRollerboot Nice! I saw you got some b-roll of him. I thought he was cool for that.
When you started coming in backwards with that 4TH rail 🤣
Cool skating! Hope mike is feeling better. Cheers dudes.
Thanks Jesse!

Next time my man! 👍👍
Amazing parks. I live in a rural town in France and our skatepark looks weak in comparison... But you play with what you have.
Very true. ^_^
Nice vert moves
I had a blast homedog! Thanks for everything ❤️🍧

What is your favorite blade set-up? I'm looking to upgrade. Thanks for the content friend~
Tbh not sure. I’m very happy with the Aeons but I’ve always been a razors guy. I haven’t skated the SLs but I bet they’d be great.

Carriers is an amazing shop. I’ll be doing a skate giveaway very soon on my channel with them.
WOW Kona has changed. I used to skate there back in the early 90's. You are killing it on all your vids.
Thank you ^_^
Me and Mikey use to kill that park
