It is actually a stable image with no upscaling flicker as it is just a low resolution. I can see people with Xbox one S being fine with it. Every other version has terrible graphics flickering and unstable imagery on finer detail like gratings etc.

The PS4 version on PS5 runs at 60. I wonder If the One version on Series has any benefits.

Xbox One X: 1440p a 30 FPS.
PS4 Pro: 1080p a 30 FPS.
PS4: 900p a 30 FPS.
Xbox One: 720p a 30 FPS
