For instance in order for me to heal from the one who broke my heart, I don't want to see him or her for sometime until I'm ready or healed. Some people are sentimental while others not. Or like even if someone move on and he/she sees their ex or debtors, sometimes memories comes back whether we like the emotion it will invoke or not.
