Use pressure cooker when cooking the beef for kare-kare. It will turn out the meat so tender 😊 I always use pressure cooker when I cook beef and pork 😊
Many, if not most, of us Pinoys think that pansit is ulam and is only a complete meal if accompanied by kanin. I love that you bring your love of Filipino flavors to Europe! Keep it up, good sir!
I had dinner here yesterday and spent 100 euros for a liter of water, crispy pata served chopped up and very dry, pancit ,nothing special, lumpiang shanghai and gulay, ordinary but cannot even come close to an ordinary lumpia in the Philippines that you can get for cheap, and mashed up chopsuey that is not impressive and taste a little bland. I know excellent Pinoy food since I am Pinoy and I love to eat. But just like almost everything else in Europe, it is overpriced and over hyped up. They also gave us a cup of rice for 3 people. No unli rice here. You see all this foreigners brag about how cheap and great food is in the Philippines but that is true. Service is good but nothing special. So I will give it a generous 3/5 stars. Will I drive 4 hrs to come over and eat here, NO. I could have cooked all of what I ate for less time and money. Sorry, but Calamansi is a little bit of a disappointment. I am visiting Belgium from the USA and this place is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. I can get this food in so many Pinoy restaurants in Las Vegas or LA for a lot better price and certainly much better taste. BTW, I came to this restaurant after I watched your video. Glad you had a better experience than I did.

Yes. Ilocanos also use the sukang sili as "lemon twist" for pancit...
Haha did not know that! But it felt kind of natural to try it 😁

Maraming salamat po!! You should try this one...many Filipino restaurants are being opened in Europe and this one is really nice! :)
@@chefkuyajoey ja ik ga proberen als ik weer naar belgie
Come to Ireland friend and I will show you around. Few Filipino restaurants here 😀
Nothing says Filipino palate more than “pansit with rice.”
😜

kainis nakakatakam manood 😂
👍❤🙏
Do you do your own editing, Ganda.
Yes, it’s one of my favorite things to do 😜
How you can eat all that is too much😅
Pangasinan not pangalatok
I really don't get it why they served pancit with lemon. If there's no calamansi available then don't give lemon that's it.
To each his own.
Lemon is an alternative. I prefer lemon over nothing.
@@privateliz937 that's stupid
