I was confused about why 100% haste wouldn’t decrease 100% of the skill cooldown, but now I understand that it’s not directly cooldown reduction. It’s frequency increase, so it’s 100% faster, or twice as fast, which cuts the time in half. The formula is (cooldown)/(1+haste/100)
They do the same thing, except haste also works with skills. Attack speed makes normal attacks faster. Haste does the same, but also shortens skill casting.
The blue numbers are affected by season magic charms, specifically charms that add skill power. The blue numbers will be multiplied by the skill power. For example, if the numbers are 240% ATK + 20% (blue), then with 5 extra skill power, will become 240% ATK + 100%.
Haste increases the frequency and casting speed of basically all of your attacks (basic attack, skills, and ultimates). Atk speed has the same effect of increased frequency and casting speed but only on basic attacks. Overall Haste>Atk speed.

Haste is Cooldown Reduction, not energy gain.
