I just tried this recipe hope it comes out great please keep doing eggless recipes I am pescatarian but don't like eggs never have from childhood
Thank you for wonderful recipes! I used a Table Top Drum Grater, with the fine cheese drum, to grind the walnuts. It works very well, and I thought I’ll share.
Well I made this version and we loved it! This one I made into a loaf instead of rolls. It slices up clean and not as moist as the other one with the egg whites, so it has held up well not being refrigerated. I am testing it to see how long it will stay fresh. Gosh so good! Now on to try your newest rolls. Thanks for all you do! 💐
Thank you for this lovely recipe! I can't wait to try it!!
Thank you so much for sharing a recipe without eggs.
I just found your channel....you are an angel sent from heaven 😁
I just tried a psyllium husk recipe last night and it did not cook all the way through. I appreciate ur instructions and now u know where I went wrong. Thank u so much!💞
@@chillegaming8250 I made psyllium husk rolls and the recipe said to cook it for 30 minutes but it needs to be cooked longer so I cooked the rolls for an hour. Maybe ur oven doesn't get as hot so u may need to cook this bread loaf 30 or so minutes longer, it just depends. I just kept an eye on the outside of my bread to make sure the tops didn't burn
Now I know what to do this weekend! thank you very much Queen Elsie.
Enjoyed this, thank you
Thanks for this as I was going to experiment with less eggs as found the egg whites make it bit 'spongy damp' .Now I'm making it with no egg whites... Fantastic as it's the best bread I've tried !!! ❤
Ok...so I've now made the eggless version and I love it !!! Much prefer this, although both are great. You're right its crispier when toasted. I threw in a tsp of active yeast, no idea if it made any difference, but bread was a nice high shape when it went into oven. I've got my brother making this in Holland too .Thanks so much for taking the trouble to experiment with all these ingredients . Fantastic!!
@@moscott7292 Wow.. so nice to hear that ! Glad it turned out well and thanks so much for your feedback and support ❤
I love it. Thank you for the delicious bread recipe.🙏🌹
I just popped a loaf in the oven. Excited to try it. I followed the recipe but I like the comment below of adding instant yeast and half flax, half coconut.
lowcarbrecipeideas i love the walnut flavor and pops of crunch. The bread was very dense, like all the homemade loafs but with some peanut butter and SF jam it was a real treat. A little dry.
@@louiseslack8133 That's good to hear ! Yes the eggless version is denser as it doesn't rise as much as the one with egg whites. Thanks so much for sharing ❤️
I made a similar loaf and cooked it for about an hr and a half and still was moist in the middle. Hope I can have more success with this 👍👍
I made the one you showed with the egg whites and loved it. You were right that it was very moist but toasted up very nice. I will give this one a try to see the difference! Thanks for sharing!

I would love to make this walnut bread but don’t have a multi grinder. 👩🍳I bet it taste yummy!
افضل قناة على الاطلاق ❤️❤️❤️👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Looks great, cant wait to try. Are the oven temperatures fan assisted or not?
This I am excited about...no egg whites....Have you tried to make rolls with walnut and coconut flour ?
Thank you, it looks yummy 😃
@@lowcarbrecipeideas Oh thank you, so exciting. I will be looking for it with anticipation.
Thank you.
This looks delicious, like 735, thank you
with butter 🧈 😋
супер супер это супер спасибо
Elsie, I'm so glad that I found your site!! I made your keto walnut bread (eggless) with hazelnut meal, and it came out very dense and wet. The meal originated from the remaining ground (blenderized) nuts after I made hazelnut milk. The meal was a bit wet from making the milk as little clumps formed. I used 4 Tbsp psyllium husk just like you have in your recipe. Any suggestions for using the hazelnut nut meal after making hazelnut nut milk?
Hi Kathy, sorry I don't have any experience with using the hazelnut meal after the milk has been squeezed out. The texture could be different so am unable to advise 🙏
This is a GREAT! recipe. I like your grinder. Can you tell me where to get it from. Thanks.😊
May I know the name of the store you bought the multi grinder in LAZADA ... I this
@@noorshidahnikman2940 Sorry I can't remember. I just checked in lazada and also shoppee and this item doesn't appear anymore. Not sure whether it's phased out or temporarily out of stock.
Thank you for this lovely eggless recipe. May I seek your permission to convert your recipe to my thermomix recipe. I will adapt to make a cinnamon flavoured bread. I will credit you, when I share with my group of followers. 👌😀
I love all your recipes . Can I replace the nut flour with almond flour and if possible, what are the resulting calories and the ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats if possible?🥰🥰🥰
Yummy...! I tried baking the buns version with egg whites and they came out perfect..👍❤
with the eggless can you use a bit of flax meal as a substitute for eggs?
That's good to hear ! Actually its not necessary to add flaxseed in this recipe.
I wonder how does it taste? I mean is it better as a sweet treat or as a savory sandwich? I feel walnut and coconut flour will have a sweet taste
@@lowcarbrecipeideas thank you:) can i replace baking powder with baking soda and cream of tartar? (I'm paleo and i don't use baking powder)
Great idea, thank you!
What do you think if you add more water to create batter then add some chopped fruits ,sweetener ,vanilla and bake in baking pan?
Unfortunately, eggless keto bread is quite complicated. The psyllium husk and water ratio is very important so you can't just add water to create a batter. But you can still add nuts, dried fruits and sweetener to the dry ingredients for a sweet version.
So my bread came out beautifully but the middle was a little soft because of the nut oils but I think I need a new oven....I need an upgrade 😂
I love your recipe!! Must try🙏🏻 In my country is so difficult to find grounded psyliium husk, so can you please tell me if how much should i use psyllium husk with this recipe🙏🏻
I love your channel. I tried this eggless version last night and the taste was awesome! It was heavenly tasty with butter and dipping it in balsamic vinegar... we miss bread after starting on keto. However i dont know what went wrong with the texture of my bread, it was denser than your video. I was hoping to achieve that fluffiness like yours. May i know if you are using raw walnuts? I was using baked walnuts. Also, after grinding with coconut flour, why is my outcome still oily, almost becoming like walnut paste? Any tips to improve?
I used raw whole walnuts. You need to pulse by seconds as shown in video not blend. Also indicated in the full written recipe in the description box. It's also mentioned that this eggless version is denser as it does not rise as much as the the one with egg whites due to the protein. If you want a lighter version you have got to try the version with egg whites as it rises so well.
@@lowcarbrecipeideas thanks so much for your advice. I will keep improving. Can
@@HunnyKyu Great ! Hope it turns out well. It does take some practice
Yum! I think I would like this better. No eggs. 😋
Hi dear, I try this bread recipe everything went, but while cooling the middle fall in, what I did wrong?
Did you psyllium husk or preground powder? Also if you're using double acting baking powder, you need to reduce amount by half otherwise the bread will rise rapidly then collapse later and inside is uncooked
Hi is it 120g of almond flour to replace with 120g of coconut flour as I have almond flour with me now
Oh no, coconut flour is totally different as it is very absorbent so need more eggs and liquid.
Can I use Xantham gum instead of psyllium husk?
Unfortunately, xanthan gum has a different function hence, it cannot replace psyllium husks. Psyllium husk is the best replacement for gluten. It holds everything together and provides elasticity to shape the dough. It makes the dough bulk up and the texture more bread-like
No idea why my loaf came out to be oily and wet...and after a while tge top loaf sunken...walnut is too oily...think i will stick to flaxseed
I made it almost 10 times with exact measurements but came out very dense. O disappointed don't know whe it went wrong.
Do you use whole psyllium husks or pre ground powder? Most often it is due to too much psyllium husk. Please watch this video to understand about psyllium husk and powder.;
ua-cam.com/video/_bnCwudgFt4/v-deo.html
Can i replace psylium husk with something else?
Xantan gum maybe?
Unfortunately, xanthan gum doesn't work very well for bread. I highly recommend Psyllium husk as its the best replacement for gluten
I have been making this bread for a few times now and I have a problem with psyllium husk. Can you please tell me if there is a difference between finely grounded and powdered psyllium? I have a husk, how can I grind it to a finer texture? Tried food processor, but it is a light substance and I don't see that it makes it significantly finer.. Any help would be more than welcome. Btw, beside the texture of the bread that I have problem with, the taste is wonderful! Thanks... :D
You need to grind the husk with a coffee bean or spice grinder or multi grinder. Food processor or blender are not effective unless you have a powerful blender then you can use it too. Using the husk n grinding until half its volume before using is the best for baking. If using psyllium powder the amount needs to be reduced drastically to about 2 to 3 tsp only as it is super fine and more concentrated.
@@lowcarbrecipeideas Thank you sooo much! You really solved this keto mistery for me... I will buy a coffee grinder, definitely. Keep the great work and thank you once more for your reply. :D
Could I substitute walnuts for pecans ?
I have not tried that but it may be doable. If you do try please let me know how it turns out thanks
it was orange jam? ❤
@@iluvthekjv1611 ahahahaha thanks I was confuse if it was jam or marmalade, I´m still learning 😊 regards from Mexico
Can I replace it with almond flour/meal?
I have not tried that but you could try it as i think almond and walnut flour/meal should have the same ratio. Do let me know how it turns out if you try it thanks
How much would you reduce the Psyllium husk powder room?
So sorry I have not used psyllium husk powder before as its not easily available here. But from the feedbacks I received here, I discovered that using same amount is too much as the bread is very dense and more problematic. I suggest you try to reduce by tbsp and also reduce water accordingly.
lowcarbrecipeideas
Thank you,
I made it with 26 grams and it was very dense. I’m going to order so whole husk and see if that helps.
@@audreyfoley2188 Actually for baking its best to use the husks and just grind it to half its original volume then its ready to be used. I normally grind in bulk n store in the refrigerator for convenience
Well I bet it doesn't taste egggggy
YUCK ! eat trail mix and save electricity
This recipe is brilliant! I didn’t have enough walnuts, so I added in a few almonds, a handful of pecans, and sunflower seeds. It was absolutely delicious!
That's great! Thanks so much for your feedback ❤
