Thanks for posting such a lovely video, i have a cycling holiday there (outer hebrides) every year I have one quick question, we see you go to Luskentyre beach, but I fear you missed out on the past part of the beach, please tell me you went to the car park at the end of the road, that's the real luskentyre, if not then you simply have to go back, It's winter now and seeing the beautiful islands as made me cry, I adore being there.. Keep up the great videos 😀
Thank you for your videos, they are so helpful! I’m planning a similar trip in September for NC500 and Hebrides. Did you pre book ferry tickets and the campsites that you stayed in? We plan to wild camp but worried places will fill up and then we may be stuck! x
We did! But really only to be extra precautions as it was only just as restrictions had eased. I think we booked flexi ferry tickets a few weeks in advance but I can’t remember how it worked now. Have a little look on the Calmac website. It was pretty quiet in September so I shouldn’t think you’d have to book campsites well in advance. You could probably just call up the day before
That wasn’t Luskentyre, Luskentyre is at the end of that road. If you didn’t see a concrete public toilet then you didn’t get to Luskentyre. Think that beach you were on is called Seliebost. Luskentyre is even more stunning 😍 if you go back, check it out when the tide is out. Literally the wow factor. It’s Gaelic name is Losgaintir, and there is a sign of the main road for it.

The flixzone comments are a scam, do not go to site. Shame the bots are targeting your channel
