Light vs Shadows cars

In the town of Light Ville, a little car has some fun. Then all the cars laugh at him cause he is small. The police make them apologize to him. And one of the cars are secretly disguised as a shadow car, then he brings in the other shadow cars. They interrupted the party for the new mayor.
Then they fight and the shadow cars reatreat.
