I clearly remember growing up, we only have one chopping board for all uses. In this content I learned the purpose of different chopping board colors. We must regularly replace our chopping boards. Using coloured boards indeed helps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Our chopping board already has scratches on it, this is the sign that it should be replace. Thank for this sir. 😇
