Foxy might be heavier due to the fact that he has a steel with titanium parts endoskeleton and Withered Freddy has a tall steel endoskeleton
Endo 02 has some type of ribcage or smth. Endo 01 is better since it's smaller there aren't many parts to hit so foxy can easily dodge. foxy has a advantage at dodging due to his speed. Freddy has a advantage at dealing damage due to his strength. Also I hate how people saw that foxy is stronger. Withered Freddy is less broken than foxy (still broken nonetheless) and has two hands.
Also IQ goes to Freddy imo because 1, he's a Freddy so usually Freddy's are the smarter animatronics unless it's springtrap. Foxy straight up rams into the door. Can you really say that's iq?
