- We were lucky enough to crash at a friend's place in Whistler. And while here, I obviously had to do the Sasquatch - the longest and fastest zip line in North America... 2.2 kilometres long, reaching speeds in excess of 130 km/h. The build-up was terrifying. The leap into the oblivion was beyond terrifying. I was screaming just to scream. I was legitimately terrified. But I focused on trying to capture the moment for the world to experience - two GoPros and all :) Enjoy! Peace out! And be sure to like, share & subscribe!

Did this three years ago it was absolutely superb. Loved every terrifying second ❤️ did most of the things on my bucket list after being diagnosed with terminal cancer, this was one of the things on my list and it's the only one I'm considering adding again seeing as I'm still here defying the odds! 😁💪

Can't believe how much zip lining has become such an entertainment industry now when it used to be a military thing. My first zip experience was in France when I underwent commando training back in 1976, LOL... BTW, you have a lot of pluck, free handing that selfie stick with no tether. One wrong bump and that would have been lost for good. Nice vid though, and thanks!
Whistler is one of the most amazing places on earth, I had no appreciation of the amazing experiences I was having. My memory is so gone and this was great to watch and remember.

Yep, I quickly learned that I had to move my head carefully, because if I turned into the wind, my glasses would’ve gotten sucked off my face!
I did the Zip line at Niagara Falls in the dark 3 years ago. What fun!! Now I know Whistler has this, I'm adding it to my bucket list.

I needed a laugh this morning and your video on the zip line experience caught my eye (definitely wear goggles on zip lines). How chivalrous of you to go first. Ziplining is awesome...I've done it in Hawaii & Alaska among other countries, but NEVER anything like this one...WOW..ok on second watch, I would definitely do this...WOW

You should try and go to the longest zip line in the world that is in Puerto Rico being 7,234 feet

Mate, that was really cool. Have done a couple of zip lines (Tasmania, Queensland and New Zealand) but nothing near the length of this baby! (Tassie was 700m if I recall correctly)

I went ziplining with friends but got so scared I chickened out :( I am really scared of heights to the point where when I go on a escalator in a sports stadium, I have to sit down on it

We did this zipline this summer and it was the scariest thing I've ever done but it was so much fun! Shout out to the Ziptrek staff for being so patient and making this experience so amazing.

I did this a few years ago but sadly there was so much smoke from the finest fires I didn’t get much of a view. Still amazing though.
