Thanks for the recipe.. I didn't have khas khas and I didn't put vinegar but the rest I added as mentioned.. it turned out like bafat masala recipe.. Devborekaro!
I finished my masala pd and don't get the this overseas.. :/ have been searching for the right recipe as my mum isn't able to give me her recipe properly.. thanks again.. my daughter and husband liked it..

Hi, just wanted to inquire, you have said 2 tsp coriander seeds but the quantity in the plate looks more like tbsp measurement . Is it actually tsp or tbsp ?
Cool just needed clarifying since my 16year old was attempting to try your recipe.. doubled the recipe when we cooked yesterday.. it's always has been our families tradition to eat sannas and pork curry after coming back from church (mid night mass). Cooked your shared recipe this time..

Madras chillies n quite spicy. Try using bedgi n kashmiri.
They are not so spicy n you will get a nice rich color

Sorry dear i missed the comments. Always cover with lid n cook. All flavours are retained inside. N less mess on the gas top.

Tried it. Even after 1 hr pork wasn't fully cooked. Bottom got burnt also.

It is always in open pot.
Never got burnt. .
It should not take so long to cook
