Although we are East Indians & we also have our own methods & preparation of preparing PORK, I loved your receipe & tried it out. Your receipe is an never failed receipe. Toooooo gooood.     Thanks for the recipe.. I didn't have khas khas and I didn't put vinegar but the rest I added as mentioned.. it turned out like bafat masala recipe.. Devborekaro!

      I finished my masala pd and don't get the this overseas.. :/ have been searching for the right recipe as my mum isn't able to give me her recipe properly.. thanks again.. my daughter and husband liked it..

      I also don't get khas khas in the country which I reside. Try adding a little vinegar, it will enhance the taste. Dev bore karo tumka.

    While cooking the pork should we cover with the lid or without lid.

      Sorry dear i missed the comments. Always cover with lid n cook. All flavours are retained inside. N less mess on the gas top.

    Hi, just wanted to inquire, you have said 2 tsp coriander seeds but the quantity in the plate looks more like tbsp measurement . Is it actually tsp or tbsp ?

      Hi Sandra it is tsp. You can see the spoon in my hand. I have used that.

      Cool just needed clarifying since my 16year old was attempting to try your recipe.. doubled the recipe when we cooked yesterday.. it's always has been our families tradition to eat sannas and pork curry after coming back from church (mid night mass).

    Tried it. Even after 1 hr pork wasn't fully cooked. Bottom got burnt also.

      Hi Shilpa. I have never used pressure cooker for pork.
      It is always in open pot.
      Never got burnt. .
      It should not take so long to cook
