You said sleep heading north is good, but according to Sadhguru, this is a very bad idea due to magnetic pole and how it effects our body. He also said a person can have heart attack and die if he/she sleeps head north for aa long period of time.

I sleep and spend a lot of time in that direction north west even i studied in that direction i eagerly wanted to go foreign country or go far from home, want to explore and travel but still I'm in my home now i sleep in other direction and in my kundali saturn and Jupiter and chandra yuti in 12th house, sometimes feels alike it's dream to travel 🙃

It's very confusing for the western people. We never want to sleep with the head in the west because this is the position of the dead at the cemetery.
Also, all the churches have their entrances in the west and their very sacred place for their rituals are in the east part of the temple.
In my country in Europe when you sleep with your head in the south direction you feel that you are up side down and you are going to fall.
Because I live in the north hemisphere! We consider the north as the best direction to sleep and to stand in general, because from this position we watch in front of our eyes the sun going on from east to west, from left to the right.
Also we prefer the houses with the SW direction, because they are much better protected from the northern cold and they easily keep the sunlight into the house during the winter, without being too hot during the summer.
In a few words, the weather is the reason of choosing the place we live in. I try to mach the philosophies, thank you!
