Nice to hear you have some passion toward MTG also! Historically MTG cards have hold their value well but they are harder to just flip especially graded on this kind time. You'll need to find a buyer and buyer's are pretty 'price-sensitive' knowing market values. Very hard to find anyone paying premium for grade 8ish outside alpha. Players need raws tho. However beware raw beta lotuses without flashing thru them with light. Possible rebacks around.

Search my store high to low price. Those are all vault listings and show up as normal with some minor differences in the listing

Lived in Houston for a summer internship. Was not a fan of the BBQ. A lot of quantity over quality but that plate looked good for a collectacon lunch!

Tcgfish pokedata even psa itself show psa 10 rates of what percent of cards got sent in got 10s. Some pre grading always involved though

Nope not for now. As long as the cards are $250+ I have had many single card consignments
