- About Mr. Gautam Kale
Sh.Gautam Kale being a part of family where music was rooted ,has been performing and learning since childhood. Though his talent was nationally acknowledged in 1995 in national program “Surbhi”. He is a disciple of Padmavibhushan Sangeet Martand Pt. Jasraj Ji.
He has graced many Sangeet samahroh through his performance, amongst them to mention few are- “Sankat Mochan Sangeet samahroh” Varanasi. “Tansen Samahroh”, Gwalior. “Ut. Amir Khan Samahroh” Indore. “Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki Samahroh”, Goa.
Apart from this he has been teaching Indian classical vocal art ,since 2009 , for creating awareness and making it popular amongst youth. He own an institute “Sangeet Gurukul” where this art form is taught with many other added values, to the students. With the purpose of transferring this legendary art form from one generation to other , he keep doing various activities in Indore to create awareness and admire this art form under which “walk For Soul” ( swacch sangeet se swachh man ek aur kadam Swachh bharat kii aur) & “Indore Music Festival” an annual event of two days ,in which many legendary and respectable artists has graced this event through their performances. , concerts like “Dawn to Dusk” a concept based concert , which denotes time cycle of ragas, is one of the most popular concert. He is also doing lot of social work through his music. To mention few, he teaches Indian Classical Vocals to the underprivileged students in his Gurukul. He is also working on honorary basis with a blind school in Indore to teach this art form.
He is tirelessly working to propagate Indian classical music, to maximum people from aspirant artists to common man who admire music, by organizing workshops of different Indian classical vocal forms .
