I saw your other video on Milwaukee pack out and you said it again the 2792 has more thump! The funny thing is the Packout has a subwoofer and the 2792 model doesn’t. I’m glad I bought the 2792! Another you tuber said the 2792 has 10 inch subwoofers plural! No way! Thanks again for confirming the bass thump on the 2792 model!!!
Have had this radio on multiple jobs put in a ton of hours and after 3-4 years it stopped charging, it will only turn on with a charged battery. Sucks but still one of my favorite radios out there
i took this radio back to home dopot to get the packout radio i have not yet bought the packout radio but if u were to say which one of these radios is louder the packout or this one
This radio is louder than the packout from the front… the packout sends sound in all directions, and its noticable… we have both on jobsite, and people use the non packout one more.. its more practical to set on the ground… if your a guy who hauls his packout all around with them though, i think the packout may be better… its not a value thing with these, its preference.
Idk I can't wait till they come out with the next version. Iv never had a phone that actually fits in the compartment. I hope the new one uses m18 and m12 batteries plus charges them. And of course a much longer Blu tooth connection distances.
Does anyone happen to know what size the damn drivers(speakers) are???? Can’t find it anywhere…. All I know is that a company named Han Son makes them and their power rating. What size are they!!!
MINE BARLEY WENT OUT OF WARRANTY, NOW IT WONT CHARGE BATTERIES. TO REPAIR NOW WILL COST ME $179 ESTM. PER MILWAUKEE. ALSO THE RADIO NOW REQUIRES THAT I INSTALL A CHARGED UP BATTERY. WILL NOT PLAY ON IT'S OWN USING SOLELY THE POWER CORD.
@@evictioncarpentry2628 It’s very heavy for a radio. They must do it deliberately for a reason though. Like walking itself off a scaffold under hours of heavy base ect…. There must be a reason
Im on my second one I use it because of the features my first failed after3 years, wouldnt turn on, my second failed after3 weeks wouldnt turn on, exactly the same fault. Has anyone else seen this or am I unlucky. I work alone and remote so music gets me through also keep it out of the weather not even slightly weatherproof
Leave a little headroom on the phone volume, so you can adjust it in either direction without having to walk to the radio.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
It’s got that thump!!! I use this for the backyard and entertainment! Works perfectly!

Your welcome. 😎
The radio is awesome. It gets compliments. The Bluetooth distance is less than 100 feet forsure

If you want more bass. This one is it. Loudness, the packout beats it barely. Mainly due to the speaker layout.
Packout radio is a lot louder. You "can't" even crank the packout indoors, this one you can
@@Dtyler171 wow this was so long ago so many things happen in my life since i got real sick tho im good now

3 months? Wild that much happened in that time frame. Glad to hear you're better.

he low key wanted to start nodding his head to that beat 😂
When connected to power supply does it charge the M18 battery?
Yes it does charge

Glad you enjoyed it 😎

Can you connect multiple speakers ?
Only connects to one

Straight lying 😂
…. You submerged it in water while it was plugged in.
Whole house remodels or big jobs it’s worth bringing. It’s to big to bring to every job. I have the smaller one for random jobs.
I do agree
Does anyone know if it comes with the M18 Battery and charger?
Does not come with a m18 battery. The unit has a built in m18 charger though.
Need to make q 18 v in that size
How many hours last the battery?
Depends on the m18 battery you use. A 4.0 will run it a good 8hours.
@@PhillipBridgesReviews Thank you very much for the info sir, god bless
I have the Bluetooth pack out radio and it's really heavy does anybody know if this one is heavier or lighter
It is weights 17 pounds. The packout radio comes in at 23 pounds.
Its lighter but it's still heavy for a radio.

Well guess I'm getting this. Love my job but damn do I get tired of the guy next to me blasting same music every day

I have not had this issue. Milwaukee needs to update this model to be weather proof.
The only radio I’ve seen work well in a drizzle is the Bosch 360. We used all day in the rain while laying out rebar.
It’s frickin loud, too.
What's with that music bro?
That “music” sounds like an elephant with a kidney stone…….😮
Bluetooth is REALLY bad. Takes forever to connect. While using Bluetooth it will periodically disconnect.
Bluetooth on mine is problematic
IT'S NOT WATERPHOOF........BAD NEWS IF IT RAINS ON YOUR JOBSITE
Horrible blue tooth reception
I've heard better sound quality from a £50 speaker, sounds very tinny and disorientated
