Its actually interesting to see, that especially the two top players Zywoo and S1mple don't seem to care too much about how alinged, angled and what exact postion/height everything is.

i wanna sit back further from my monitor but shit, my mouse always hits the base of the monitor. So i play screen closer and have my arm behind the screen. short guy issues maybe

Well I guess they do care but as he said its just that the can feel what is comfortable for them and they dont measure it. Just because they cant tell you the monitor must be exactly 30,7cm away from the edge of the desk it doesnt mean they dont care if its 10cm away or 60.
I love how he has changed in such a grown way..he is actually an amazing guy, just 2 years ago i had a totally another picture of how he is as a person, but he is actually great, one of the greatest cs players of all times.

@@svedskybezdomovec1382 nope, - freq 240 doesn't do anything, if you already set up 240hz on nvidia settings it will automatically work on cs

He is so right about crosshair style. Small crosshair for tapps, wider crosshair whilst spraying, and we all now how much is easier to control recoil with crosshair that had bigger gap

I was just laughing at simple trying his best not to correct him when he was trying to use the protractor. He was clearly visibly confused and wanted to correct him so bad XD
Been using his crosshair shown here for a while, it actually really helps for the first 10 bullets of the spray.
It messes up your aim at first though if you're used to static crosshairs. Despite that, it has helped me improve my aim!
do you just line up the top of the crosshair with how far you pull down??

I remember being stuck gold nova master. I left that hell hole after switching to s1mples configs. Everything is just much better than the default. Also uses tariks config for the placement of the gun kept it semi far left
This God doesn't even need binds for nades and uses scroll wheel!!!
i think his gamesense won't let him get caught with nades out so he can take time with the scroll wheel, i don't trust my game IQ so I bind my nades xD
I play counter strike for 18 years now,, i change nades with the 4 button still, have to click multiple times to get the nade that i want.. but it doesn't bother me, i grew up doing it like that.. and it feels right for me

@@ShkodranMaliqi Personally, i have pretty much just coppied Valorants utility settings since i find them very intuitive. Q for flash, E for Smoke, C for HE and X for molly. Quickswitch is placed on mouse 5 but i never use it, i always press 1+2+1 or 1+3+1 for some reason.

one of the best player settings videos lmao, i went to this video just to find out if he strafes with his thumb and middle finger, while moving back and forth with his index finger at that keyboard angle, instead of the usual strafe with right and index, and move back and forth with middle. seems he barely uses his pinky with this position as well.

@@KingNatee 1000 hours is about 1500 games, if you actually play the game and not farm hours in main menu. You can reach global in 1500 matches, i have friends who have 1000 hours and are global, i’m not saying they’re average, but 1000 hours is a dmg for sure, most people don’t even get silver after their first 10 placement wins, silver is for people new to the fps genre. And yes I’m lvl 10 but I don’t see how that’s relevant

for the decals I use bind "a" "+moveleft;r_cleardecals" and bind "d" "+moveright;r_cleardecals" because i suck whit the nades so ineed the mouse buttons for them :)

Surprised how many binds i share with simple! except i have clear decals on tab, and one of my mouse buttons changes my crosshair red (from cyan/light blue) so i can do sky line-ups. Also cant believe he uses scroll wheel for nades lmao!

Great video! Suggestion: adding a footrest to this setup will result in a subtle but mind-blowing difference.
2:07 instead of feet planted on the floor, he balances on his tiptoes. This is because his feet are too short to support his preferred desk height. Adding a footrest will let him plant his feet firmly. That will help him sit taller in proportion to the desk.
Adding a footrest will then drastically improve his upper body positioning at the desk.
1:50 Upper arm is at a weird angle. The upper arm falling down at a 90-degree angle will exert less shoulder pressure. It will also put your forearm in a more stable position, giving you better mouse control.
the foot rest could help him but changing upper arm angle could really affect his gameplay badly

that's just amazing, playing same 400dpi (mx500 mouse) and 3 in game sensitivity.
ESL can you make same video with og players of cs 1.6 with cfg Please.for example spawn or f0rest or markeloff means there are so many cs 1.6 player
interesting decision from s1mple to use scroll wheel for nades instead of binds, cause sometimes for example opposite team pushes site, you're flashed and you desperately need a grenade, but you can't see anything and so scroll wheel becomes kinda useless
I imagine he meant that he knows what nade he is on by the amout of clicks that his mwheel makes.
That's what happened with Yekindar during their game against Faze he was blind and mollied but he pulled out a flash instead of a mollie. It really depends on the players role tbh since some players won't need it as much as players who anchor the site that play new box, pit, under balc, etc,.

I personally use: G = smoke, F = flash, 4=HE and MMwheeldown = molly. that way I don't draw the wrong nade regardless of visibility/inventory

I have smoke on space so no matter what I get my smoke off. Sometimes using ESDF really fucks your binds up.
s1mple used to have 3.09 sesivity, we multiply this on 400dpi it was always equal to 1236 eDPI. I remember that clearly. Maybe he reduce his sensivity to 3 but it actually surprises me. Sanya always said "never change your sensivity". You can ask him on stream. I believe it's still 3.09. Personally I play 1500 dpi with 0.8 sesivity (1200 eDPI), it's almost similar to s1mple's one.
maybe he said 3 for brevity on stream... but idk why if he always uses 3.09 why not just say 3.09? unless maybe he will use either like when he said "set to .5" and left it at .49 lol... not really a difference you know
