I am DEALING WITH THE SAME EXACT THING and posted videos as well on my channel! It's lime WTF why are people so inconsiderate i had to sue my landlord & now the case is on my favor this is crazy! That is ridiculous i hope you move or get a lawyer thats what i had to do the landlord is responsible!!!
I moved, did give suing a thought but just needed to be done with the whole situation. Took years but its our first month in a new home and everyone can sleep in peace and enjoy our space. Good luck to you try to stay sane
@@jasonm8236 trust me it's hard but so far my lawyer has made our apartments settle and now im waiting on the date i dealt with this for 4 years as well and you expect your landlords to do something and they don't what made me sue was when my manager lied and told me she gave them a 60 day notice and did nothing!!! But lie after that i decided to sue and with the settlement money my next step will be a house too!! Lol im glad you made it out of that hell hole and now sleep in peace.
I'm glad to hear it, hope you'll be getting moving expenses also cause it is expensive to hire a company. Our landlords non stop lied Toni's and ik but can't prove only my rent was increased especially during the beginning of covid. People will get the karma they deserve. Well we've tried finding other places we just didn't wanna spend all that money again to wind up in a similar situation. We've been saving to buy a home and in the process of doing so. Kids make it difficult with school situation and I was the only one working while my wife was in nursing school

That is really inconsiderate for them to be "walking" that loud at that hour. Have you approached the neighbor above you about this noise?
