- Welcome back. Episode 7 features the full construction of both wings with the integrated electronics and the beginning of the testing.
Getting to this point has been extremely rewarding and seeing the motors run through the start up sequence, even more so.
Please feel free to comment your questions or shoot me a DM on my Instagram.
Start of electronics: 15:50
A basic circuit and Arduino tutorial can be found here: docs.arduino.cc/learn/electro...

Wake up, babe. Another bearstow's barnstormers vid just dropped.
I live to serve.....myself. Although I am providing a lot of info for free here lol
Some say he's still fighting with the downlock strut to this day
I am actually. While fighting with the nose I pushed down a little too hard and it popped back off the MLG strut. The rage was unbelievable
That is amazing work.. would love to try on mine but wouldn't know where to start and what to buy
Good thing I have you covered with a video on the programming and setup! Dive in and ask questions, I'm happy to be a resource!
@@BearstowsBarnstormers thanks .. guess the first thing is a parts list? especially if doing the split negative / positive design you said would be better for faking break lines on the undercarriage and don't show in this video ... 😄
@@BradSGP 28 gauge wire is about right maybe just ever so slightly large so finding a local vendor is good. I used Remington industries. The motors I used were cheap 4.5v coreless off Amazon then you'll need a buck converter, 12v power supply, Arduino nano every, tip 120 transistors, and a solder board preferably one with some connected pins and a bus. I get the impression I should do a better video on this when I hook up Memphis Belle in a few weeks
@@BearstowsBarnstormers will start rummaging around the local electrical stores and see what turns up ... Seen a few notarised builds before but they were kits, great to see a self build and learn along. Thanks
Got engines and wire... Micro Arduino incoming . Any diagrams anywhere you can point me too?... Cheers
