The current price is much higher now. I toured this house 2 years ago.
The neighborhood was sort of vacant. You have to see if the oceans rise half a meter where the property would be.
There are reasons why this is so cheap.

The camera work was atrocious. I understand you want to give a quick tour, but the movements were nauseating. I saw a few flaws in the house, but for $400k, it's alright. That said, this place is in the middle of nowhere, but relatively close to Naples. I wonder how it'll turn out in 40 years.
