Namak - taste according
Nimbu - kuch drops
Oil - 2 tbsp
Peanuts - 2-3 tbsp (roasted)

Leave the chawal on dum (closed lid)for 5 mins on low flame after draining the water, use the same cooking pot....results would be heavenly.

Add a teaspoon of oil along with salt to the boiling water while cooking rice. This wud prevent rice from sticking.let the cooked rice rest for atleast an hour on full speed fan or minimum 30 min before preparing any fried rice recipe
