It's an "Extra" (not cheat) called "Note Shuffle." It mixes the colors up on the board.

@1heavymetalboy it is under extras but you have to unlock it by ranking up or input a cheatcode or complete quest

*Looks at the pretty random colors for the bassist* How fun. @ Ian H I think it's an online glitch, though it looks cool! Also, the difference between expert and expert + is more or less having more kick pedal notes, you typically will use two kick pedals to play expert +, and those Rock Band drums are only able to equip one, so you need a GH Drum set (which looks more realistic any way) to be able to use two kick pedals.
The solos of Dragonforce are just amazing! all thyr musics have this fucking awesome solos!

Because if you didn't notice, they actually simplified the bass line in this so there wasnt as much rapid switching

Chinese as you mentioned. Furthermore, how can you say their lyrics don't make sense? Have you even looked at the lyrics? I think its pointless to have a predetermined idea and then go around to videos that are different than that idea. I believe it is called trolling. I hope you are satisfied.

Yeah. It's called anchoring. Basically, you just hold down the lowest note and tap the others. that would be freaking impossible if you couldn't anchor. lol.
if you check the video he holds the buttons. that could be how ppl does that
doesn't work with chords though
Just like TTFAF's "They're hammerons", you're forced to anchor the notes.
Strum red, hold down green, and quickly tap the rest.
(Edit: Forgot to mention that if you miss "They're hammerons" on the old chart, you're better off restarting. They changed the hammerons to tap notes on World Tour, so it doesn't happen again. Or you can just be a cheeky bastard and use slide notes.)
