It only works on Windows. No idea what the minimun requirements are. It is always better to have a newer system in general but this should run even on low end systems hopefully. The game itself uses the resolution of the one the operating system uses. So if you set a lower resolution in Windows, the game should have a lower resolution too. Also there is an option to set on how many vehicles can roam maximally in case that may cause lag. The project was made with a GTX 1040ti (4GB VRAM), a CPU of 3,4Ghz (quad-core) and 12GB RAM and it worked there. Best is to test and see on how it runs since i can't really say what system requirements are needed.
