    Dhanyawad sir mera weight 73 se 55 tak chala gya tha isliye mene bhi raw food chod diya tha lekin main dobara start karunga aur mujhe raw food bahut pasand bhi hai

    Sir main ye daave ke sath kah sakta hu ki agar aapki baat sach hai to aapse bada doctor koi nahi.. Aap bhagwan ka roop ho.. But abhi raw food se mera face bhi damage aur dull ho gaya hai.. Bas mai wait kar raha hu ki sayad kuch din mai thik ho jaaye.. 1.5 saal ho gaye.. Raw food par sab kuch sahi hai bas face old age jaisa ho gaya hai.. Main fruts... Dry fruts.. Coconut milk... Salaad sprouts khata hu.. Only no anaj.

    Jo hawa pani le kar zinda hai unki umr jada lambhi hai raw food walo sey..
    Jo raw food lay kar jinda hai unki umr ghar waley khaney sey Jada hai..
    Jo ghar wala khana khatey hai unki umr fast food walo sey Jada hai....
    To eska ye matlab hua ki enssan ki life force limited hai jo har ek chij ko khaney ur pachaney may khatam ho rahei hai...
    To agar koi sirf hawa pani may hei survive karey to sayad 200 age bhi cross kar jai...
    Ye baat sahi hai ya Galt ap margdarsan karey 🙏

    I have been on raw food for the last 1 year. When i take fruits, my sugar increases a lot.Salad part is ok, it doesnt increase sugar.

    Uncle ji 3 sal pahle Mera weight 4 -5 kilo kam ho gaya Abhi tak nahi badha lekin koi problem nahin hai koi negative symptoms nahin hai thyroid sugar kuchh bhi nahin hai main paka hua khana hi khati hu koi problem to nahin hai na bataiye uncle ji

      Nothing special.
      Eat one meal of fruits
      One of nuts or sprouts
      One with maximum salad whole grain that's all

      10 year dubla patla just 58- 60 kg

      एकदम से diet change na करो पहले थोड़ी मात्रा में खाओ उसके बाद regular खाना खाओ उसी के साथ मतलब पहले कच्चा फिर पका हुआ. साथ मे ना कि गैप देके... बाद में कच्चा बढ़ाते हुए pakaa हुआ कम करे. कुछ hafte या महीने तक

      One meal full fruits
      One meal nut or nut milk or shake
      One meal with Max salads & simply cooked wholegrains
      No milk maida non veg
      Maximum raw lesser cooked that's all
