Thunderbolt 1000 - Muncie, IN

This Thunderbolt is location at the old Riley Elementary School on Walnut St. in Muncie. It hasn't rotated in several years and currently faces east. It's one of the 3 Thunderbolts left in Muncie.

I reported to lack of rotation to the EMA... as it turns out, this siren is now privately owned. When the school sold off their building, the siren went with it. The entitled douche wanted to be paid to keep the siren online and wanted a percentage of the electricity to be paid to keep it online.
