@@milkey6000 Sleeping with LEDs does nothing harmful to your body. And I do always read a nice book before sleeping. And yes, I only switch on the LEDs after I sleep, because it is calming for the RED light to be around my eyelids, and doesn't strain it.
Honestly I would prefer to sleep with no light. But if I were to choose a color is would be dark blue. Light blue and dark blue do not attract bugs so it’s perfect to keep the bugs away plus it’s darker color and would help me fall asleep. It’s also my fav color so that’s a bonus.
