Thank you for reviewing a mid-tier variant! Way back 2015 we got our Ecosport Trend but way before that we've decided back and forth if it's worth the jump to Titanium, but then settled for Trend. Eco's 7-year strong and no issues!
I think it’s better if they allow customers/buyers to add/include or delete/remove a certain feature as a form of package rather then be limited with the available trims which the manufacturer dictates and control.. allowing customers to choose the features are clearly lacking in the Philippine market in which I totally agree with caco’s point that budget needs to be considered.. similar to how you purchase and spec your vehicles in North America… also the lack of interior options is really frustrating… our country is really left out in term of choices compared to other markets that have better options for both exterior/interior options for almost all models and for all manufacturers
It's a tough sell against the equally priced Fortuner Q Variant which has a powerful 2.8L engine with nearly identical features plus an adaptive cruise control and all around view camera.
Just like to ask..1 little 2 little 3 little boxes....what about the...4 little 5 little 6 little boxes...dang it!! forgot my question. anyway, very practical and straight forward review as always. Keep it up!...7 little 8 little 9......
I love how the way it looks than the old generation. It gets boxy design combined with a macho-looking stance like a WWE fighter, and feature-wise, both the all-new Ranger and Everest gets a more advanced technology than the previous gen model. With that, I have no words to talk about these beasts, but it's sensationally amazing.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

All I can say is I really love the Ford cars why I still have my two cars from Ford, 1 is the Ford Ecosport Trend Variant for 7 years now and it is still up and running no issues on the road and I rarely go to the casa because I use this only going to work.. and I also have the Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2 4x4 last 2019 that I use when I'm going out of town. Many people say Ford maintenance is expensive but I beg to disagree I have this two cars for years but I dont have any issue at all. I rarely go to the casa except if its maintenance time such as change of oils which is considered as essentials in maintaining the car. But I must say Ford did its job well in this car. Some may say I am bias to Ford because I have these cars but I must say dont consider me bias for the reason I have driven also other cars in the same class from other car manufacturers the key in choosing a car is really giving it time through booking a test drive and choose which soothes and fits to your taste and needs. Thanks
It would be a tuff decision to make, I frequently travel on twisty high elevation roads, and have family on unpaved and pothole filled roads. It rains often enough in Jamaica so I feel more secure in a 4x4. on the other hand I arrive on FWD with some careful placement of the vehicle.
I love the interiors and exteriors (excluding rear, it will not age well). But, for reliability and peace of mind, I would still go after those Japanese diesels with timing chains.
Loved how you went through this, if I hadn't bought it already, I would have decided to after watching this 😂 but definitely echoed all our decision points to this choice 😎
This is sold in Thailand with "Pacakge-B" 58.000baht additional, but worth it. Radar for active slow speed cruise control, LTA, brake assist that can detect pedestrians, and more.
It seems that how they build cars of today are based on comfort and requirements. The higher the trim, the more pricey. Only to cost half of its price after a new model roll over the factory or they stop producing its parts so youll be forced to buy a new one. Its best to buy the one you need and preferably cheaper than the rest or better yet. Be at the producing end and not the consumer.
