Serendipitous for me.. new VR headset and Wander app (essentially Google earth in 360 degrees) left running on shutdown opened with the Concertgebouw auditorium in razor sharp 360, and for me was an amazing coincidence, as was heading to Amsterdam a couple of weeks hence. (Algorithms!) No tours possible, looked to see if any shows were on during my brief visit..no idea about the artist or music.. just went for the whole general experience, but wow, this music was wonderful! I couldn’t discern lyrics, but the music was soaring and emotive and TTMOE was expressive and charismatic. The house ‘band’ were passable too!!! A thoroughly brilliant night in Amsterdam on 8.1.24. Thank you everyone who made this old man very happy!
The concert in Tivoli Vredenburg was so magical, and came at such a crazy time in my life, that revisiting this just brings up so many emotions. Truly a memory worth keeping in a very special corner of the heart. Thank you for uploading this recording.
