Fortnite @ Trios No Build - "Our second win of ch.6 season 1"

ANNND here's the second win we got of the day, after doing a OG ch1 s1 win off of two weeks no Fortnite. A little fooling around in this one, and a little strategic decision making plus a very nice long range fire oni mask snipe in the final 10 that allowed us to come to a final victory.
We decided to NOT land at Magic Mosses like we have enjoyed for the spirit shrines and secret vault, but opt for the area around shining span for looting area underground and a cliffside boss to hit up for a change of scenery.
Once we finished our looting at 3:40, we went to the bridge in shining span and encountered some random water swimmers we quickly did away with and then moved to the Seaport City to eventually catch the train there at 6:30
Once we finished there, we drove away at 7:50 to Foxy Floodgate and did a little fun jump off the the car we were in after earlier knocking our buddy Buffalo off a cliff. I didn't know if I would live or not with this jump so I shockwaved to try and fix things. It worked out cus we all got down there safely at 9:30 to get on a four-seater lol.
No sooner had we done that then we saw some shooting going on and went to where that was happening and picked up 6 more elimns by the finish of it at 11:00. 11:30 we hopped in a vehicle again to move away from the ring and casually destroyed a gas station just cus and made our way toward the Spawned Island above Masked Meadows.
Once we got there at 13:00 we knew someone had just taken the boss down, but we went ahead to fly up anyhow. We assume another team had tried to jump them as well, as shooting was going on still and so we took part in it. I guess both teams took off down the island to the snow hills at the ground, but by a stroke of luck, a miracle shot of the fire oni mask from Tarinq at 14:15 caught one of them down there, and we quickly went down to finish things.
After quickly looting from all that it was now down to the final 10 with us having 12 elimns now, and we decided to wait up on the island for a bit until the next ring would have us go down, since Tarinq picked up the medallion that team dropped.
At 16:15 we debated on where we'd want to land and tried to think of at least somewhere we could get cover, and eventually landed at 17:10 at the edge of the ring where some flower fields were. Looking around, we debated again somewhere more...safe to go. I pinged the house on the far side at 17:37, but as we were about to go, we stopped in the bush for a minute and the ring's new position made us decide to double back the way we came.
No sooner had we done that then two teams started duking it out. We were back and forth on wanting to go over since we'd be outside the ring if we did, but we said nah to that and waited. probably best since not everyone got eliminated from that fight, but it was at least final 10 at 19:00
From here we began looking around, and I happened to spot one of the teams who had ran away I suppose, and I pigned them at 19:30. I said lets go ahead and move over to the hills for higher ground so we could manage a better defense, and not letting them get a advantage over us.
19:50 I suppose they saw us and a little back and forth happened, which we managed to push up into and finish off a trio to make it 6 left. Obviously, the other team saw that and tried to engage us, but their bunkers were not really effective enough against us who had a high ground to shoot them down from, as they kept trying to be more aggressive since we were shooting the panels off of them, so we ended up handily taking our win after a short shoot out.
