If I'd wager a guess an imaginary mine is a tile that has a mine AND a clue, and is safe to click, but all the clues only give the magnitude of the complex sum of all neighboring mines. (because that would be pretty cursed but not impossible)
i actually gasped at 7:00 I played Islands of Insight a ton when it came out, so when you were ruling out a tile because it blocked the growth of another section, I had immediate flashbacks to the logic puzzles in island of insight. I felt like a precalculus student receiving flashbacks to geometry class. Islands of Insight is the most unique puzzle game I have ever played, I really enjoyed playing it.

The square root of 2 is an irrational number which is a number with an undetermined length of decimal points, specifically: 1.41421356237... And what makes an irrational number irrational unlike, say 3.33333333... is that the decimal numbers do not repeat, no matter how large a portion you look at or how far the parts you're comparing are, you'll never get two parts of an irrational number that look the same. Thus, 3.33333333 is rational.
Just realized that in the game thumbnail, the 4 is lying and the 1 was supposed to be a 2 Omg video ruined Even worse, in the sequel it is supposed to be 3 and a 5, not 1 and a 4! Omg my life is ruined (But imagine if those are actually the number of variants, 23 in the first and 35 in the second)
