For weight u can try intermittent fasting u can search for it's details on youTube Or on internet... It's really beneficial the best thing is u can do this without devoting much time to it... I too lost 2 kgs in a month only by following this simple method of intermittent fasting without any exercise... I can understand that it's difficult for u to exercise as u are very busy...
