11:28 do you need two values because you can get 2 values that end in 15 recurring or is it for another reason
I had a look at it and you do need to find 2 values, because the 2 isn't recurring. So if you just tried timesing the number by 100, you'll only have 0.21515... and 21.51515... which don't match up at the beginning. And that means you won't get rid of the decimal by subtraction
