If your partner is blind then how can he understand sign language, I think it’s for the deaf and people who can’t speak .

So they use touch
You can use sign language via hands
So you have a special sign language that you and the other person touch hands for
Or you use this code system
There are a lot of people that are both deaf and blind
Hellen keller i think was and learned how to speak via touch and was told what was being said via hand sign language or this code
