This music brings back so many memories🥹
I am glad you enjoyed it.
Just made this last night. It actually takes 5 minutes to make and tastes SO GOOD I'm putting the recipe in my box
What are the measurements for it?
@@LorisGarden212 oz chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
@@aimsical285 thank you ☺️
My sister used to make fudge constantly and since i was so young I couldn’t remember how she made it. This helped
Great!
The music is just *Nostalgia in it's finest*
Glad you enjoyed it.
@@ItIsaKeeper Thx
(also i may or may not of literally not even tried to make this :P)
Finally something I can make! Thank you so much!
Enjoy!
This looks really good but next time can you include more details like how much time you need to put it in the microwave or how much time you put it in the freezer for?
It is in the link below the video!
Wow this looks amazing thanks this is just what I'm looking for I'm going to make it tomorrow
Hope you enjoy
I’m going to make this to confirm! I’ll be back soon to tell y’all if it works!
I will deffinitly try this!!
It is so easy and a great gift!
making it right now
It is so great for your family or even gift giving!
😮 please tell me there’s a peanut butter version!?
www.itisakeeper.com/106322/no-bake-peanut-butter-fudge/
You should add the dosage to the screen
It is in the recipe card below the video.
Does it melt when out of the fridge?
It would depend on how hot it is out. You can always put your plate on ice if it is super hot out.
@@ItIsaKeeper thanks!
i was wondering why this felt like such an old video and then i realized it was from 2017
It is still a great easy fudge recipe!
But can I make it wit cocoa powder
You can, this is a quick and easy recipe.
How do you get the recipe ?
It is under neath the videos. It has the blue arrows pointing to the recipe link.
what kind of chocolate chips?
This recipes uses semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Tell us how much
The full printable recipe is in the video description. Enjoy!
Say please (& she did provide it)
This is not five minutes by the way. It needs to refrigerate for a while
Of course, it is 5 minutes to make. All fudge needs time to firm up. No matter the cooking method.
I was just crying to my friend about how much a difference editing in a video like this makes a difference. This was 1 minute, whereas another one I watched for basically the exact same recipe was 5min. Good job
Great to hear!
I made this and I can confirm it is good
And so easy to make, too!
I have 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 semi sweet chocolate bar (for baking) that is all I need ? Like measurement wise?
How long to u microwave it
About to make this for everyone's Christmas gifts this year. I will make this one with walnuts, one with crush peppermints on top and a butterscotch one. I will cut them all up and give a variety of all 3 in each container. Thank you!!
Great idea!
You are the chosen one
I am for sure going to make this
Ehy is this recipe seemingly so stripped back and easy to the usual fudge recipe?
I'm used to slowly melting sugar, condensed milk, butter, milk and sugar until 115 - 117 c and holding it there for 10 minutes with constant stirring.
Then you can add other ingredients like chocolate before lot of beating.
This sidesteps half of the ingredients, but most notably and has a simpler, quicker method that i know wouldn't work with the way fudge. Does the butter and sugar make you need to do things the way i make it?
I wonder if I'd prefer it this way, its a lot less sugar..
The taste is a little different but it is a great easy and delicious way to make fudge.
@@ItIsaKeeper Thanks for responding!
I'll definitely try it soon :)
That's the way I make it & It's so,so good!😊
It really is!
How much sweetened condensed milk and how much chocolate chips?
The full printable recipe is in the description below the video or on the it is a keeper blog.
@@ItIsaKeeper the units aren’t there??? It just says 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and doesn’t say how much salt or vanilla… please provide measurements
Ingredients
* 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
* One 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
Instructions
* Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper leaving overhang on each side for easy removal - OR just butter the dish.
* Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
* Heat on high for one minute; remove from microwave and stir to combine.
* If needed, heat for an additional 10-30 seconds, to fully melt the chocolate; stir until chocolate is smooth. Be sure to check at 5-10 second intervals, if you need to microwave for more than the initial 1 minute.
* Stir in vanilla.
* Pour into prepared baking dish.
* Allow to cool a little before cutting.
I like marshmallow and nuts in mine!
You can also add sweetened coconut shreds!
I just wanted to know how to remember how to make fudge
just put choc chips and condesend milk in a bowl microwave for 1 min and 30 secs and then stir reffrigerate done
dont do salt or vanilla it ruins the flavor
However you like it!
Should have posted hyperlink to recipe
How much of each ingredient? How ling in the microwave? Does nt help me
The full printable recipe is in the video description. Enjoy!
How much time should the fudge be put in the microwave?
The recipe and times ae linked in the card below the video.
This is not fudge. Fudge isn’t supposed to be chewy.
To each his own.
Can you do it without vanilla extract?
Yes you can use mint extract or almond extract.
Very inexpensive to make at home. It’s ridiculous what they charge at Cabelas, Buc’ees and Ricky Mountain chocolate factory. Most candy shops as well.
I agree!
They're expensive but they're also a very different fudge. Butter, quality chocolate (not chips), other ingredients, longer process.
How long do we freeze it? Or microwave it
All the recipe information is the link in the description.
This was delicious
It really is and so easy.
Can I use a little butter?
Sure, you can add a little butter to the end to make a richer creamier fudge.
What if we don't have vanilla extract
Try a little fruit zest, an alternate extract, or a little liquor.
Thank you !😍 😋
You're welcome 😊
I don’t like to watch this stuff but I love videos with this sound and editing style

Sometimes we deserve a treat. If you have a problem with sweets, it is not the recipe for you.
Your video did nothing for me
Thanks for your input. Have a great day!
How long to microwave
It will be in the recipe card below the video.
You can also make this with Nutella and melted chocolate
Thanks for the suggestion!
@@ItIsaKeeper oh your welcome
Awesome 🎉
Thanks 🤗
ahh yes... the recipe for diabetes. but no joke really good but after consuming please go on a diet and do plenty of exercise. that is a hecking lot of condensed milk
We all need a small treat once in a while.
I personally used to do an incredible fudge with only 2 ingredients: bananas and chocolate
first you take 300g bananas to the blender, then you add your Melted chocolate and mix well, then you take it to the fridge for about 6 hours
Sounds delicious!
How many gms. chocolate or chips?
Sounds delicious! & healthier. I to am asking: how much Chic Chips? & do bananas need to be 'over ripe'?
Does it taste like banana?
@@jvallas there's a light taste of banana
Im gonna do this but with peanut butter cups and peanuts
I’ve tried this recipe three different times and it comes out too gummy. Idk what I’m doing wrong
Here are some reason that I found that could be helpful. The sugar in the batter has crystalized too soon, which can occur if the batter rapidly cooled down after the heating process.
The batter wasn’t heated properly to melt the large sugar crystals.
The fudge wasn’t cooked to a high enough temperature.
The temperature management was inaccurate.
The music of memories 🎶
microwaves get fudge hot enough? everyone always says 240°f
It does, it works great.
How long do we need to put it in the microwave?
The directions are in the printable recipe linked in the description below. Heat on high for one minute; remove from microwave and stir to combine.
If needed, heat for an additional 30 seconds to fully melt the chocolate; stir until chocolate is smooth.
I just made this letting it cool 😎, was wondering should I put it in the fridge uncovered while it sets? Seems like a bad idea to cling wrap it when still hot and would produce a lot of condensation on the interior of the film, thanks in advance!
You can apply the cling wrap if you wish or you can leave it uncovered to cool. After cooling make sure you store in an airtight container.
This audio haunts me💀
We are working on it thanks.
@@ItIsaKeeper lol
Can I do this with strawberry purée?
I don't think that will work properly.
Chocolate sets up in a very particular way, and strawberry purée wouldn't do that.
Can you let this sit for a couple days???
If you let it sit it will dry out. I would store in an airtight container.
Hi what if I don't have a refrigerator
Any cool dry place will work.
I'm not catching how much of each ingredient is to be used?
It is in the link below the video.
measurements
They are in the link in the post.
@@ItIsaKeeper ok
Instructions unclear and almost burnt my house down
You must have a super powerful microwave then.
@@ItIsaKeeper I didn't know how long to put it in the microwave for
Parental supervision always required! Lol. Trial and error prevail though. When microwaving chocolate only go for short intervals of about 15 seconds stirring at each check. This will assure the chocolate doesn’t burn.
@austinrura7513 yea i think a better way was to melt it in a pot
@@BluPlays2099 when melting chocolate in a pot you should double boil, as in fill a pot with water, take a second smaller pot with chocolate and place it inside the pot with water.
For both of these also a splash of milk or water while melting helps it to thin out and not burn.
Do you have to use condesed milk
You can use marshmallows for this recipe.
Can u please tell me exact ratio of all the things. ❤❤❤
It is in the recipe card in the link in the bio.
How long in the refrigerator? Please reply, I need to do this for my sister's birthday.
Thanks
Here is the link to recipe post. www.itisakeeper.com/17255/5-minute-fudge/
5 mins
How long to put in the refrigerator?
Until it firms up.
Can this be done without vanilla extract?
Any substitutions?
It can but it truy adds flavor. Try almond extract or chocolate extract.
@@ItIsaKeeper Will do. Thanks.
what can we use as a substitute for choco chips
Chocolate melts would also work.
How do you get the printable recipe
It is in the link in the description.
Can you put marshmallow cream in it
I have made fudge with marshmallow cream before. This recipe is a quick version that does not require it. Check for other recipes for best results.
How much of everything do you need
The full printable recipe is in the video description. Enjoy!
Can i use nutella spread?
I have never tried it. It would be good with a peanut butter fudge recipe.
Thanks ill try it
will evaporated milk work?
Evaporated milk is not sweetened and therefore if you use it in place of the sweetened condensed milk you will have to add some type of sweetener to it.
@@ItIsaKeeperok tysm
So delicious
Thank you 😋
Nice!
Thanks!
How much of each?/ rexipy is AA waaste of times without. Inffoo
