I belong to a urdu speaking family.where these kind of dishes are very normal.i have been cooking for atleast 13 years. I have learnt all the indian muslim dishes from my mom.i do cook them.want to be part of your food channel.
My mom make this alot n we called it mangochiyan With little change in it, she use dried fenugreek leaves instead of coriander And these baray are fried and then add in gravy
My mom also cooks this but it's like 'aloo bariyon ka salan' and everyone likes her recipe so much...your recipe is also good but it is slightly different from hers...we'll surely try your recipe as well because your recipes never disappoints us🙂
@@caprihumas yes the whole recepie is same except steam part.we make a paste without onion in it and place on a cloth in a small amount same as they did to give them steam but we sun dry it.after one day it ll dry.now fry these sun dry bariyaan in oil and remove them when got golden brown.and prepare masala and put them again plus aloo make some shorba and give a dum thats it
Fry pakoras for good taste before u put them in curry. Try avoid tomatoes & jinger. No combination. Add more DAHI instead. Add methiii danaaa seeds in oil & fry slightly ( for a good aroma) before putting in onion paste.
