I appreciated that they chose the "arrogant 90s cool guy" incarnation for him. It's too bad he never got any big wins on his own or with the Teen Titans before his demise.

Yeah, agreed. I know that Apokolips was the finale of this universe, but I so wish we could have gotten more so we could have seen him shine. Would have loved to have seen him with Clark's parents, or the Teen Titans. After all, they already let Damian take Beast Boy's love interest. Why not let Connor take Jon's best friend?

Eh Conner always worked better with Tim Drake to level him down, Conner Kent and Damian would just be an ego contest between rich kids
@@HELLO_KORO I think he would have put Damien in his place alittle more. At the time the only one who could take him on the team was beetle so if there was another extra powerful person on the team Damien would more stick to his strengths instead of trying to do everything himself

I could see it. I think the two would be friends but like begrudgingly at first. I think their egos would clash but I can also see it as them pushing each other.

I love that all of Connor’s heroic moments are stopping a purse snatching and rescuing a girl from the fire.
He’s doing it for publicity but it also shows the he cares about the little people. He probably could raid an Intergang warehouse, but it’s about saving lives that’s important to him.
He's trying to be cool, but he's also genuinely trying to be what he knows Superman should be

I don't know how to explain it but I really like how he fights, he seems to have an unnecessary flare to his movements like spinning when he slid to kick Eradicator or spun to punch him
I think maybe it gives the vibe he needs the extra momentum
I've hear people say that as well and I think adds to the theory that he has his tactile telekinesis (TTK) here. Also I've noticed in comics too that Superboy uses his legs a lot so it could just be trying to stay comic book accurate with the small details.

In comics the black t-shirt style comes later. The jacket version is younger.
The Superboy from the comics is more similar to this one, especially when he was younger, like in the original Young Justice comics.
In the YJ show they changed a lot of things including the core team members (Tim, Kon, Cassie and Bart) and Conner’s personality.
I have no idea why they called that show Young Justice when they didn’t follow the source material at all lol
I like all versions of Conner but I still wish they’d make a show about the original YJ team ngl

I love every version of Conner but I don’t like when people act like the one in the Young Justice cartoon is the original/main version when he’s not lol
To me, YJ will always be Kon, Tim, Bart and Cassie, and I hope they get their own show eventually so that people can know more about them 🫡
@-Theo- no bc ive only really recently gotten into DC and Kon is already my babygirl, i just have a weakness for silly little heroes with undercuts, it's so sad how he's been so misrepresented in DC animated media, like why do they keep using his boring ass t shirt outfit and changing his whole personality, he's a manufactured star and I'd love to see how they'd actually do him if they made a proper YJ series abt the og team, they deserve it after all they've been through since the 90s

I know you might likely not see this but yeah, i know him from his role in the star wars games but he did a teens voice pretty damn well
He was also in Avatar The Last Airbender cartoon series, but besides that yeah Cal Kestis is famous role that he ever done in his career
Wish we got to see more of him. join up with the titans, more interaction with superman and the justice league, establishing that brother relationship the DCAMU was on a roll minimum 7/10 (for me personally) but they rebooted it too soon for me.
Hopefully since Tomarrowverse canonized this universe as a previous incarnation of it. Mabye in the Next animated universe we could see the Connor Kent and Tim Drake friendship

You're forgetting that he was fighting a parademon+doomsday hybrid. That battle he had with the paradooms was the equivalent of the superman vs doomsday battle in Death of superman. They could've brought him back to life with the help of the Restoration machine at the fortress of solitude,but they chose to honor his death

Because he was a prototype clone compared to his brother Match the only flaw he had was that he was animalistic and barbaric
The need to give him limitations for the show to work.
In the comics he always had, tactile Telekinesis Which let him mimic heat vision And flight. He was also a lot cockier and a lot More playful not angry and Moody.
Young justice Did a lot of things right but connor kent wasn't one of them.
