You could have your husband otherwise put together the indoor playground and just wrap the box with the photo if there is too much space taken up with the other gifts and furniture… also he won’t get overwhelmed by the one gift and forget about the other gifts. You know he will enjoy it so if it’s last after gifts he will enjoy opening all the other presents.

Great gift guide! My youngest was born a day before Zag and I always enjoy seeing what you grabbed him. My youngest we call Demolition Daphne because she is a little bulldozer and so many of her toys reflected that this year. We also got her a similar scooter. We have a Pikler from my oldest and it gets a TON of play. I am opposite down here in SWFL where we tend to hibernate most of the summer months because of the heat and the Pikler is such a great toy. We bring it outside in the winter and inside during the summer for so much play.
These are some of my favorite videos of yours to watch - but I know the effort that goes into lugging everything out, so I appreciate it!

Thank you so much!! It’s a lot of work to haul it all out and film but so much fun too!
Aw I love that they’re only a day apart ♥️ thank you for sharing about the pikler! That makes me so happy to hear and reaffirms my choice for him. I feel like the scooter is a great gift for kids this age with lots of energy! I love that you can use them indoors and outdoors at this age.
Thank you so much for watching and sharing with me 🥰

My biggest find was a play couch at an outlet... I got 6 pcs for $70... I had been eyeing them since last year. My kids love to jump and build forts

Ours had this alphabet train with a seat that connected behind it like a train car. It was hid favorite present at 2. He literally used the seat part more than the train. He used to flip the seat part up and go "shopping" in the house, putting anything that fit in the bottom shelf. He used it constantly for over 2 years. In hindsight, maybe we'll try an actual shopping cart for kid number 2, but that toy was so well loved we kept it for kid 2.
He also was a huge puzzler at 2. We had everything from 12 to 24 piece puzzles at that age and he'd do them for hours.
The other thing that stands out in my memory was all his books. We're also a big book family. He's always loved being read to.
Oh! And this wooden train with stackable blocks. He used that for years also.
LOVED your ideas. I really want to do a pickler triangle for kid 2. We couldn't afford it for kid 1. But we loved all our wooden toys and he just used regular furniture for his climbing and we all survived 😆 🤣

I LOVE toys like that! Ones that just get played with into the ground are the best! And I find those classics are always great, that’s why I wanted the wood puzzles. My older two played with similar ones until they eventually broke or became too deteriorated 😅
      Blocks and trains forever 🙌🏼🙌🏼
I’m so excited to get the pickler! I’ve heard they’re such wonderful open ended play items, but it didn’t exist with my big kiddos! They too, survived climbing the furniture 😂

Rainbow, thanks so much for explaining why you look at your watch so often! I noticed it when I was watching the last video and it kind of low key bothered me 😄. I was getting anxious for you thinking, wow, this poor girl is really having to shoe horn this in! She must be so tight on time 😂. Now I know, it’s far more relaxing to watch 😊. Look forward to your videos every year and catching up on your growing family. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Ah I’m so sorry 😂 it annoys me while editing too, but I also get paranoid I’ll bump it and turn my video off because I’ve definitely done that 😂 I stopped with the watch for the rest of the videos because it kept making adjustments as I grabbed stuff 🫣
Thank you so much, merry Christmas! 🥰

Maybe you could add one of those play dyson style vacuum cleaner..
My son had two of them . He literally vacuumed the first one to death.. had to get a second one.. and it actually has suction... When scotty was 2-4 yo he would literally vacuum every room in the house .lol. it was so cute..
    Just an idea..
