I’m here to help… if you’re open minded. I’ve never bought a car off the lot or got myself into monthly debt like credit cards or school loans. Ofcourse I have car insurance, rent, phone bill, cable/internet bill, utilities, things that we all pay for. At first I didn’t have much more than 200 to save each check but I SAVED IT. Stayed in a house that was NOT WHERE I WANTED TO BE for 4-5 years because it was cheaper than other places which allowed me to save. Each year your income goes up so you are able to save more and more each year especially if you apply to higher paying jobs once you get more experience. You have to live below your means for a while though and save your money. Before you know it you will be able to save 400 each paycheck or almost $1000 per month which pretty much allows you to buy anything you want whenever because next month you will still be saving $1000 again so it’s not that big of a deal.
Btw if you paid credit card off. Nah. You still owe interest. Make sure keep your eye on cards you paid off. So interest don’t add up. They want you to keep paying credit cards debts.

Chipotle is NOT fast food.
Yea it is
Nah. Nothing is frozen and there aren't any preservatives

@@andresnavarro6672 Nah, nothing at Chipotle is frozen, It's all fresh. They are solidly fast casual.
@@paulkatz2483 Just like Wendy's?
@@ToddTinley no. Wendy's uses freezers for some of their menu items, such as fries. Chipotle literally doesn't use freezers, period.
P.S. I love Wendy's. Not hating on em.
One rule of thumb I use is to always pay at least 50% more than your minimum payment due on your credit cards. I most of the time pay more than double my minimum due on my credit cards. There are those people that like to demonize loans and say to pay everything in cash; those people are wrong because they are unrealistic. I believe there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking on loans and debt if you can manage it!
I always pay off my credit card in FULL every month. I did miss one month, some years ago, and had to pay interest for 2 months. A mistake I certainly learnt from!
@@bobjames6622 If that’s what you choose to do there is nothing wrong with that. I however don’t pay that much in interest, most of the time it’s not that much more than sales tax. I’m just skilled at financing and getting good deals.
@@dylanshoemaker563 Paying interest, which you don't have to do if you use your credit card wisely, is NOT getting a good deal. That's paying extra to the bank for doing absolutely NOTHING for you.
The banks absolutely HATE people like me, who pay off the full balance every month without paying a penny in interest. Now THAT'S called being skilled at financing!
@@bobjames6622 like I said if you choose to do that fine. I do that with my cards that are high APR. I just bought a $4000 camera for some freelance work I’m going to be doing, I’m paying it off over time for 18 months with 0 interest because my banks offer me that.
I was able to pay my balance in full every month, but unfortunately, I had two emergencies that required me to use the credit card, I was upset. But now I pay more than the minimum required each month sometimes multiple times a month, the stupid interest rates and charges get added, I haven’t used my credit card in almost 2 months, trying to pay it off ,I hate credit cards, I wish I never got one
How do you not adjust for inflation with your numbers?
And you'll still vote Blue... Sad
This was exacerbated by the global pandemic and the drastic increase in interest rates by some credit card companies who try to take advantage of people whose credit rating through no fault of their own pile up debt. Bear in mind that some businesses had to shutter their doors. Are credit card companies allowed to sue people who owe them?
I pay 💰 only about 11.50 percent interest on my Checkline plus account at my bank 🏦
Go into blue collar work... livable wages, you just gotta work hard and get dirty. I went from BROKE when I applied in 2017 to a home owner by 2023. It's possible and there is a shortage of skilled labor which will only increase as time goes on
And they keep saying raising children isn't expensive...lol
Uh...could it be the high cost of living?
Could it be the overspending
Aquaphor costs over 18.00

I put off having top of the line stuff, kids, vacations and big boy toys until everything was paid for. I grew up in a household where my parents lived paycheck to paycheck and I never want to live like that or raise my kids in that environment. Now, at 44YO, I've been debt free for 15 years. I live on 10 acres in the country with awesome lakes nearby. Not a stoplight for 20+ miles in any direction. I have a beautiful family w/ 2 boys. I have 2 hot rods, 5 ATVs, 5 Snowmobiles, 2 Waverunners and 3 daily driver cars along with some $ to spare. I'm the only one that works in the household, w/ a white collar work from home position, as my wife is a stay at home Mom. We have a great time and all thanks to some sacrifice up front. I feel no empathy for others who live on the wild side buying all the latest and greatest stuff. I see them driving their fancy cars. Eventually the piper needs to be paid, but he ain't getting nothing from me anymore!
How can your cell phone bill and streaming services be more than they pay in rent? I think I pay maybe a $100 a month for streaming, (not counting prime cause that's a one time payment) and only $40 for cell phone cause I'm on my sister's plan. So, that number just seems a little surreal.
But actually my sister does have a pretty big cell phone bill because all the family is on her plan, she said it's almost like a car payment. But that can't be the case for most people can it?
My cell phone bill is $560 a month. Yes I have my kids on it. They never seem to get off it

29% cards and perfect credit history..Congress dhould pass a law that addresses people with good payment history ,,should have a graduated interest rate based on payment history..no late payments..5% over the fed rate for the issuers to people..one late payment..a higher rate.. 2 or more lates..increased accordingly..This would make those of us get fair rates..Why should We pay more for others??? that default or make untimely payments...GREED...GREED...

Sleeping outta your car
Price's are outrageous at supermarket's.
i don't blame people for stealing food.
Btw if you paid credit card off. Nah. You still owe interest. Make sure keep your eye on cards you paid off. So interest don’t add up. They want you to keep paying credit cards debts.
I think you’re a little confused on how interest works
Thank you Joe biden
