The difference last night. Great player
Going to show my age here. The break by Ipape with the long, lobbed, pass to finish it was a carbon copy of a try in the old Floodlit cup against Widnes. Woods made one of his trademark midfield breaks and instead of the easy short pass sent it 20m out to Drummond who scored. Ipape fully deserves to be mentioned in the same sentence as those two legends.

I'm 62, followed Leigh since 79, and Ipape is head and shoulders the best no9 I've seen pull on our jersey. You're spot on that he should be included in such revered company. 👍😄👍

Ten penalty's got Salford think it was 10 and 3 for Leigh a killer,
11-9 I believe in the end, Rowley picked a spell after Leigh were on top - and as we know when defending against a high possession you can give away penalty's like Leigh did in the last 10 mins. Salford gambled on getting away with ball strips that Leigh didnt try.

Can someone tell me what was the difference between Leighs 1st try that was given and the one saints wasn't given last week???? Games a fuckin joke!!
Salford player runs out of line to tackle player he believed would take the pass, if he hadnt that player would not have stopped the defender moving across as he was never in the salford line - bad decision by defender. Saints player stopped Lam moving across hence impacting on ability to defend, although the outcome may well have been the same
