There's nothing aggressive in Olga's movement nor triggers. I truly believe this is more powerful than any other form of loud or aggressive triggers. I am so glad she is doing what she's doing. This is amazing.

When she picked up the crinkly bag I got a blast of tingles that made my eyes roll back and my head almost fell off of my shoulders with relaxation. It felt so healing on my soul. I'm truly grateful ❤️ thankyou Olga ✨

Yes! The slow, intentional movement is one of my most favorite triggers, and she has mastered them!!
Fast movements in any asmr is an asmr “turn off” for me. I immediately close out. How do people find that relaxing? It’s chaotic to me.
