Zanny truly shows the duality of overwatch:
1) Complains about his tank running in so he can’t heal them as support
2) Runs in as tank and complains when he doesn’t get heals
That’s what the game’s all about.
To be fair sometimes he's complaining his tank *isn't* running in and just standing there in the backline

You know, the bit about not letting your shield get destroyed was genuine advice. With Sigma, your aim should always be to recall your shield before the enemy can fully break it. That's because if it gets completely broken, it gets hit with a 5 second cooldown as opposed to the 2 seconds if you just pull it back.
And also there is no point on having it placed if you can use the suck ability to absorb damage meanwhile

In case you didn’t know, what the guy meant about sigma’s shield is his mechanics actually make it more worth while to recall your shield and have its hit damage grow there than to let it break which would take longer.

For the Zarya shield, my guess for new players always damaging it is because in high ranks, it’s usually always better to just destroy the Zarya and laser her so your healers aren’t at risk, but unless your team is there to kill her fast, never dmg it.

Hey if you want a tip with sigma first or primary fire has some pretty good range and try to play around cover with his ultimate while trying to get hits with your primary fire you can also put your shield in the air to help become the sigma male you were always meant to be

Edit: looked it up, せや is a different dialect version for だよね, which just means "yeah" or "right". Guy was basically just saying he agrees.
