- Hello, everyone, and welcome to the channel!
In this video, I'm converting Hotwheels cars into Gaslands / "MadMax" style cars. This video was full of firsts for me, but I had a lot of fun making these. Just about everything in this video was purchased from the Dollar Tree or some other form of "dollar store," so it should be easy to follow along and make something of your own! Hope you guys enjoy and catch you in the next video. Make sure to subscribe and hit the bell if you want to see more videos because I'll be trying to post videos regularly. Have a great day!

I give myself gaslands challenges. One of my favorites is to only use bits I find on my way walking to work and back. It really helps get the creative juices flowing, plus they look super authentic because they are actually made from trash. I just got an airbrush for Christmas, so no more rattle cans for me!
Cool 😎 love it awesome 👍😎❤🎉
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video! (:
Good work. Look great and some useful ideas. Thanks.
Great job on the cars! Now I want to go buy the Gaslands game. Very inspiring and I have a few extra hotwheels that have now found a new purpose.
awesome video
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video, TY for sharing
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it. (:
Your texture roller/scriber tool is a 'nutpick'...used to dig unsavory 'veins' out of certain edible nuts before eating. Works great in your applications.
Thanks for the info! I had no idea that was even a thing. lol
Subscribed! Great builds brotha! Love me some gaslands
Thanks, my friend! Glad you enjoyed the video and happy to have you as part of the community! Got lots of ideas for all kinds of things coming up, so be on the lookout! (:
This is so cool and unique. I wish I still had all my old hot wheels from when I was a child.
For real. Same here. I don't think they do the same variety that they used to.
As someone who does a lot of these, a flush cutter is needed. Will allow much closer and cleaner cuts for your bits. Awesome build
Also there is no overboard on these type of builds
Yea, I should get some. Using sandpaper to get everything smooth is definitely a pain, but I'm using what I have, for the time being. lol Thanks for the advice!
Nicely done! I have picked up some of those weapons kits from Dollar Tree to use as well. Using the foam as metal plate is a great tip. Thank you for sharing.
Hey, glad you got something helpful out of the video! Another useful tip for the foam is to look around Dollar Tree at different holiday times to check for things like "children's foam crafting" sets or whatever that come in precut shapes so you don't have to use a sheet of foam and cut them yourself. (:
This is timing, I know it was a Month ago but Man, we think ALIKE! I bought those SAME Toys for the SAME Reason, I even have the same dang tractor, I had to sub so I can see more Builds like this! LOL THANKS! Amazon has Foam Safe Super Glue, warning its not cheap..
Dollar stores are the best, right?! lol I don't know how many stores are in your area, but I'd recommend going to a couple to see the variety that they have. Because it seems like they all have the same cars except for a few different ones and they have different toys you could use to upgrade your cars, So, go wild with it! No 2 cars will look the same and nothing is off limits. It's fantasy! :D
Also, fortunately, I haven't needed any foam safe super glue, so crossing my fingers that I don't need any for a while. lol
@@corndogcreates Heck yea, I have 3 I always do a Big Circle! lol
@@TomJones0065 Sweet! Another good tip for you is, if you see any "Readi-Board"/foam board, grab some of it. It's super cheap (normally $1 or $1.25 depending on which dollar store you you get it from) and really useful for all kinds of things. It's normally the size of a poster and about 1/4 in. thick, so it's easily cut with box cutter or Xacto knife. I've used it for walls, terrain and stones, so you can use it for all kinds of things.
I have 2 toy cars hot wheels limited grip hot wheels and cool one hot wheels and you can turn into gasland
Thanks Corndog, that was amazing. Good job.
Glad you enjoyed it! (:
This video ruled. Great builds. Keep up the great work
Thanks, friend! I appreciate it!
Just so you know, EVA foam (what you're using here) does not melt with super glue or spray paint the way EPS or XPS insulation foam does. They're completely different materials.
Thanks for the info. I'm sure you're right, but with my luck, I'll try to use super glue and ruin something still. lol
Без оружия было бы реалистичнее. Но все равно хорошо.
