Anybody with knowledge know a suitable substitute for the pickled walnut? Never see it before. I’m thinking certain olives might work instead but would love a suggestion!
great video but not my type of bolognese, way to much oil for a start, better to cook the mince bit by bit and really brown it so the bolognese gets a smokey taste to it, i really hate it how chefs cook the bolognese like that it is the biggest reason why i never eat pasta out. but i feel i can learn a lot from you thanks!
