Red Guardian triggering Jubilee into MODOK ended the game early, but without that happening, they just draw & play MODOK on turn 7 & still win.

Yes!. Luke cage + Shang chi on right. Hulk on mid. So his red hulk can’t gain more power, since he has used up all the energy
