How long is the visa processing would take for 12mos. I applied subclass 600 for my mother in law for 3months got approved after 10days. I applied for my mom and dad for 12mos still waiting. Its been more than 3mos now still waiting. 😩

Do you know if they can travel to Australia on a 3 month valid passport? I understand that they can also renew their passport from Australia

It completely depends on the country of passport. Some is 1 - 2 weeks. Others are 3 months +

It is incredibly difficult to extend a visitor visa past 12 months. You need to show compelling and compassionate circumstances.
