How is the downtown lifestyle? is it more of a business district (M-F) or are there restaurants and entertainment etc to walk to in the evening? I think I read about a farmers market at lake eola but what else is there to walk to? What about (drive time) distance to the parks, golfing, airport? The Vue is stunning. I can't believe the condo fees are so low! Thanks so much, another amazing video!
Hey! It’s a solid spot to live! 7 days a week activity, which has changed over the years. Great Restaurants, bars and shops popping up. Farmers market is great. I like Ivanhoe Village and Thorton Park a lot!
Great video. 👍👏🏽👏🏽👍🏿 very informative. Also I believe that Downtown Orlando is trying to build up it Downtown skyline by making more high riser like Miami or Nashville . Am I right ? I know Orlando will not catch up to Miami I believe they want to mimic Miami.
There’s a ton of new apartments going up. I know they’ve worked on getting some of the height restrictions slightly lifted (The executive airport is close by). There’s at least five high-rise buildings going up right now that I know of. So yes, the skyline is definitely changing!
When I was born 1993 most of the higher buildings weren’t even build haha. And we don’t have to copy Miami I don’t know 1 single reason we should. By building skyscrapers were copying NY and LA not Nashville or Miami:p
This is awesome. Can you do more high rise condo videos.
Who's coming after sweet cinnamon roll Ken in the comments!?! 👊 💥 👊💥👊💥

Thank you for doing this! I've always wanted to live up high in Downtown Orlando, so this is helpful!
